PPF Warranty Terms

1. Opti-Coat PPF Warranty

Zen Automotive Suppliers Pty Ltd warrant to the owner of the nominated vehicle that the Opti-Coat PPF will be free from manufacturing defects for Seven (7) years for uncoated PPF and Ten (10) years for Opti-Coat PPF applied in conjunction with Opti-Coat Pro+ Ceramic Coating. Manufacturing defects include yellowing, cracking, blistering and film delamination.

2. General Liability Limitations

Zen Automotive Suppliers Pty Ltd will be soley responsible for determining validity of all claims and reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet the criteria outlined in section 1 of this warranty. Excludes damage caused by normal wear and tear, road debris impacts, accidents and collisions, damage caused by manual or automatic wash brushes, high pressure cleaners, accidental or malicious damage including but not limited to fire, flood, vandalism, extreme weather conditions and secondary effects that may result from the foregoing, any consequencial loss including either incidental or indirect damages that arise from any claim under this warranty. Warranty is limited to replacement of defective film and labour by authorised Opti-Coat PPF installer assigned by Zen Automotive Suppliers Pty Ltd.

3. Making a Claim

In the event of a warranty claim, contact your authorised Opti-Coat PPF installer who performed the installation or Zen Automotive Suppliers Pty Ltd. A copy of your original receipt outlining your serial number and area coverage must be retained to process your claim. Film may be required to be removed and sent to the factory for testing to verify claims. For valid claims, an authorised Opti-Coat PPF installer will remove and reapply Opti-Coat PPF to areas determined to be covered by warranty.
